DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
We currently ship to the United States only. We do not ship to Canada, the EU, the UK, Australia, or other countries at this time, due to electrical safety regulations and voltage compatibility requirements for small electrical appliances.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship from fulfillment partner warehouses to ensure fast delivery to U.S. customers.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We aim to process orders as fast as possible, so you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. Requests after this window will be denied. If you change your mind after that, your order can still be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, including used machines.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
All orders are handled and shipped out Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the order date. Please allow extra time during holidays and sale seasons. We do not ship on weekends.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Approved refunds are credited to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Refunds to credit or debit cards are sent to the card-issuing bank, which may take additional time to post to your account. WHAT IS STEAMSPA?
SteamSpa is a personal-use towel warmer machine that heats compressed cotton towels to 55°C in just 5 seconds. It's the same hot towel prep step every professional facialist uses, brought home so you can do it daily — to open pores, lift dirt, and let your skincare actually absorb.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE BOX?
Each SteamSpa includes the towel warmer machine, 20 compressed cotton towels, a US 2-prong power cord (110V), and a user manual. Refill towel packs are sold separately.
HOW HOT DOES IT GET?
SteamSpa maintains a constant 55°C — the exact temperature professionals use. Hot enough to open pores and prep skin, never hot enough to burn. The voice alert tells you when the towel is ready.
HOW DO I USE IT?
Press the button. The machine heats and dispenses one perfectly warm towel in 5 seconds. Wait for the "please use" voice prompt, then place the towel on your face for 30 to 60 seconds before cleansing or after applying serum. That's it.
CAN I USE IT MORNING AND EVENING?
Yes. Use it any time. Morning before SPF and makeup. Midday for a desk reset. Before applying serum. After workouts. Before bed. The machine is always ready in 5 seconds. Most women use it twice a day.
ARE THE TOWELS REUSABLE OR SINGLE-USE?
The compressed towels are single-use for hygiene. They expand from a small disc into a face-sized cloth when heated. One pack of 20 lasts about 20 days with single daily use, or 10 days with twice-daily use.
CAN I USE MY OWN WASHCLOTH INSTEAD?
Yes, you can place a small clean washcloth in the cradle if you prefer reusable. We recommend white cotton washcloths so heat distributes evenly.
HOW MUCH COUNTER SPACE DOES IT TAKE?
SteamSpa is approximately 19.7 × 8 × 20.4 cm (about the size of a tissue box). It fits easily on a vanity, bathroom counter, or shelf.
IS IT SAFE?
Yes. SteamSpa maintains a constant 55°C — hot enough to open pores, never hot enough to burn. The voice alert prevents over-heating. Always test the towel temperature on the back of your hand before pressing it to your face. Keep out of reach of children.
WHAT VOLTAGE DOES IT USE?
SteamSpa ships with a US 2-prong plug rated for 110V, the standard household voltage in the United States. Do not use the product with an incompatible voltage adapter or plug type, as this can damage the unit and void the return policy.
CAN I USE IT IF I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN OR A SKIN CONDITION?
