REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased within the past 30 days. Because SteamSpa is committed to making sure our product works for you, we accept returns on used machines as well as unused ones — so you can actually try it.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@steamspa.co. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

For unused machines (in original packaging): We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the product back.

For used machines: We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the product back so we can recycle the unit responsibly. Compressed towels that have already been used do not need to be returned.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, the seal is broken on arrival, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your machine arrives non-functional or stops working within the 30-day window due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain situations are not eligible for refund:

* Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
* Machines with visible damage caused by misuse, drops, water exposure beyond normal use, or attempted self-repair
* Damage caused by using an incompatible voltage adapter or unauthorized power source
* Sale items or gift cards
* Bulk wholesale orders (please contact us for separate terms)

Electrical Safety Notice

SteamSpa ships with a US 2-prong plug rated for 110V. Using the machine outside its rated voltage range, with an incompatible adapter, or in a manner inconsistent with the included user manual may damage the unit and void the return policy. Always unplug the machine when not in use. Never submerge the machine in water. Keep out of reach of children.

If you experience any malfunction, overheating, or electrical issue, discontinue use immediately and contact us. Defective units within 30 days are eligible for a full refund or free replacement.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different quantity or related product is to request a refund for your existing order, and once approved, place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This is in addition to our 30-day return window. The same return process described above applies. The product must be returned in its original condition for a full refund. If the product shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, a partial refund may apply, in line with EU consumer rights law.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at contact@steamspa.co.
